Attorneys from Caterpillar Inc. and the law firm of Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold are staffing a free legal clinic on Saturday, July 12th at their offices at 9:30 a.m. in downtown Chicago. You will have the opportunity to meet individually with an attorney to discuss a specific legal issue or to receive general advice. The issues should not involve litigation or an existing dispute, but rather "transactional" matters such as personnel/employment issues, real estate, bylaws, or corporate management.
